Adam has over 22 years experience in construction services specializing in HOA and Community relationships, maintenance roofing, painting, carpentry, concrete, foundation, fencing, and electrical. Adam spent the first 15 years of his career providing hands on repair solutions for all types of maintenance. With this approach, you can feel confident that results from Allbright are based on real world field experience and multiple successful projects. Adam directs the Allbright team to maintain accountability so we can provide our clients with the best service experience possible.

Donovan Root
General Manager
Donovan has over 18 years experience specializing in residential roofing, commercial roofing, and associated maintenance trades. He has worked with Allbright for 18 years doing repairs by hand for the last 16 years. Donovan has recently stepped into the roll of General Manager to provide his experience and knowledge to our clients through education and communication. Donovan is leading the company in training employees in creating solutions tailored to our clients specific needs.

Superintendent
Noe has 14 years experience in construction services with specialties in welding, carpentry, paint, and all related maintenance. He has worked with Allbright for the last 8 years and has been integral in leading his maintenance teams in multiple successful projects. Clear communication with a client focus is what Noe is known for. Noe understands that budgets need to be followed and is ready to tailor a program based on exact client needs.

Diane Parker
Executive Operations Manager
Diane is an integral team member who brings 17 years of HOA community management experience with PCAM, CMCA, and AMS designations. Diane has over 30 years of construction experience and construction management. Diane is available to help develop maintenance programs for your community that can include: safety reporting, state certified pool inspection programs, inventory reports, and help communities budget for maintenance from short and long term perspectives. Diane is integral in making sure that Allbright delivers personalized results to our clients.
Stephani Pena
Lead Designer/Project Manager/Safety Coordinator
Stephani handles our clients porter services needs along with providing project management including: inspections, pool certified inspections, troubleshooting, workflow management, and quality control. Stephani allows for our clients to rest assured that our projects were completed per our scopes to prevent call backs. She has constant communication with our clients to make sure that photo documentation is always provided for all of our projects. Stephani is trained to detect maintenance anomalies when she is on property so our clients are aware of safety issues to better serve the communities. With over 10 years of experience with Allbright, Stephani is a valuable resource that can help your community succeed. Stephani holds certifications for CPSI (Certified Playground Safety Inspector), OSHA-30 hour, and NSPF Pool/Spa inspector.
James Hamilton
Exterior Project Manager
James specializes in carpentry, painting, and interior repairs and has been with Allbright for 7 years.
Mario Tovar
Roofing Project Manager
Mario specializes in roofing repairs with all types of roofing including: asphalt shingles, tile, slate, and flat roof systems. Mario has been with Allbright for 7 years.
