Adam has over 25 years experience in construction services, specializing in HOA and Community relationships, maintenance roofing, painting, carpentry, concrete, foundation, fencing, and electrical. Adam spent the first 15 years of his career providing hands on repair solutions. With this approach, you can feel confident that results from Allbright are based on real world field experience and multiple successful projects. Adam directs the Allbright team to maintain accountability so we can provide our clients with the best service experience possible.

Lauren Byrd
Founder & Owner
Lauren is the co-founder and owner of Allbright Services and provides strategic leadership that supports the company’s long-term direction, internal operations, and client experience. While day-to-day project execution is led by the field and operations teams, Lauren works behind the scenes to ensure the systems, structure, and communication that support that work are strong and aligned.
She focuses on organizational processes, internal coordination, and relationship-building, helping create clarity and consistency across the company. Her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach supports both leadership and field teams, allowing projects to run smoothly and clients to feel informed and supported.
Lauren’s leadership plays a key role in shaping Allbright’s culture of accountability, professionalism, and care — ensuring the company grows intentionally while remaining grounded in its values.

Noe Pena
General Manager
Noe brings more than 16 years of experience in construction services, with expertise spanning welding, carpentry, painting, and facility maintenance. During his 10 years with Allbright, he has successfully led maintenance teams across a wide variety of commercial projects, earning the trust of both clients and coworkers through his dependable leadership and attention to detail.
As General Manager, Noe oversees the day-to-day operations of Allbright, ensuring every project reflects our commitment to quality, communication, and exceptional customer service. Known for his calm leadership style and client-first mindset, he works closely with property managers, facility managers, and business owners to understand their goals, stay within budget, and develop customized solutions that keep their communities and properties operating at their best.

Donovan Root
Director of Roofing Operations
Donovan brings more than 20 years of experience in residential and commercial roofing, along with extensive expertise in roof repairs, maintenance, and exterior building systems. Having been part of the Allbright team for over 20 years, he has spent the last 16 years performing hands-on repairs, giving him a deep understanding of both the technical and practical aspects of roofing.
As Director of Roofing Operations, Donovan oversees our roofing division with a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship, operational excellence, and long-term client relationships. He believes every project begins with listening, educating, and communicating clearly so clients can make informed decisions. His experience allows him to develop practical, customized solutions that meet each property's unique needs while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with the high standards Allbright is known for.
Stephani Pena
Lead Designer/Project Manager/Safety Coordinator
Stephani handles our client's porter services needs along with providing project management including: inspections, pool certified inspections, troubleshooting, workflow management, and quality control. She has constant communication with our clients to make sure that photo documentation is always provided for all of our projects. Stephani is trained to detect maintenance anomalies when she is on property so our clients are aware of safety issues to better serve the communities. With over 10 years of experience with Allbright, Stephani is a valuable resource that can help your community succeed. Stephani holds certifications for CPSI (Certified Playground Safety Inspector), OSHA-30 hour, and NSPF Pool/Spa inspector.
Payton Hreha
Senior Lead Technician
Payton has been a valued member of the Allbright Services team since 2018 and plays a critical role in the successful execution of our projects. He leads a dedicated field team and is known for his clear communication, strong attention to detail, and ability to execute scope of work with precision and care.
With balanced expertise in both roofing and carpentry, Payton brings a deep understanding of how building systems function together — allowing him to identify issues quickly, troubleshoot effectively, and deliver reliable solutions in the field. He is a natural problem-solver who takes pride in doing the job right and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to Allbright’s standards.
Payton’s leadership, consistency, and hands-on knowledge make him an integral part of our operations and a trusted presence for both our clients and team.

Ricky brings over 12 years of hands-on experience in painting, carpentry, and construction maintenance to Allbright Services. His technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and commitment to completing work the right way make him an important asset to both our team and our clients.
Ricky is known for his attention to detail, dependable field performance, and ability to work through project challenges with a client-focused approach.
